Detailed technical documentation about Cavium’ processors is available under NDA (non-disclosure agreement). To request a Mutual NDA please contact your local Cavium representative. Hobbyists, students and open-source users can access non-NDA technical documentation, GPL software and participate in community support at http://www.cnusers.org.
Documentation via Support Site
Technical information (data sheets, whitepapers, training etc.) about Cavium’ processors is available for download to approved users with a valid NDA. To download technical information please request a personalized technical support account by visiting: https://support.cavium.com. An NDA is required before support site account requests are approved.
Cavium Development Kit (CDK for all processors)
The Cavium Development Kit consists of an evaluation board (EVB), support for the software development kit (SDK) and documentation, and the hardware development kit (HDK). The EVB provides a comprehensive evaluation platform for software development and performance evaluation. The SDK consists of Linux, drivers, tools, examples. The HDK consists of schematics, models, etc.

Cavium Software Development Kit and related documentation is available for download from the Technical support site. For access to the SDK the purchase of a Cavium Development Kit (CDK) is required.
Open Source and Community Software Support
